The BenchRebel Advanced Silicone Nozzle Wiper is an evolved 3D printer part designed for all Voron, RatRig, custom toolhead, and universal wiper mounts. Engineered from premium 40A Shore hardness silicone, this transformed nozzle wiper replaces the Bambu Lab A1 wiper with a tool- and glue-free design, introduces bulk filament and deglazing wipes during each pass, and supports the custom G-code of your choice. NOTE: For stock Bambu Lab P1, X1, or P2S assemblies, see our model-specific wiper variants.
- Printer Compatibility: Compatible length, width, and height matches the Bambu Lab A1 design where users have full control of the wiper mount and/or purge bucket design.
- G-Code Compatibility: 100% compatible with your current A1 g-code with enhanced design support for novel user-implemented nozzle wiper patterns.
- Filament Compatibility: Engineered for abrasive and technical filaments including PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, Nylon, and Carbon Fiber.
- Hardware Safe: Non-conductive and completely probe-safe for printers running Beacon, Cartographer, or stock eddy-current leveling sensors.
- Tool & Adhesive-free: Installs cleanly as an adhesive-free part that requires no tools for installation and removal.
- Transformed Design: New transformed design adds two (2) wipers engineered to eject bulk filament away from the bed and wipe/deglaze the nozzle during subsequent passes.
- Optimized Performance: Deeper brush and related "gutters" to allow removed material to fall away and avoid being picked-up again by the nozzle before print start.
